Never Lose Hope was the first book I’ve read of the author and I enjoyed it a lot. The story was well written and had me captivated from start to finish. The story is not just about the love story between the two main characters; there is a mystery that the characters have to figure out. This made the story a really enjoyable read and made the reader guessing throughout.
The characters in the story both face their own heartache and tragedy that they must deal with. There were plenty of emotions and intense moments between the two characters. However, there were times when you just wanted to shout at the characters to just get together.
The lead character Sam was an enjoyable heroine that put aside her own heartache to try and help Jason. Sam was a strong and independent woman that faced a lot of heartache within the year. Jason is a hero that is suffering with the tragedy that he experienced recently. He had me swooning with the protective nature that he exhibits for Sam and how he put aside his own pain to help her.
This book is a great read that I would recommend for anyone that wants a good read.
