Review – Kulti By Mariana Zapata

Mariana Zapata has the unique ability to make a great book that centres on a slow building romance between the main characters. Being able to write a story that is highly engaging and still being slow is one of the great things about the author. This makes the build up of the relationship between the characters even more powerful and makes it that much more of an enjoyable read.

Both characters within the book I loved reading about. Sal is a professional football player that is dedicated to the sport. Sal is a strong character that doesn’t care what anyone thinks about her.

Kulti is the new assistant coach to Sal’s soccer team and is a retired soccer champion. Kulti is a strong character type and is a man of few words throughout the book.

Kulti was an amazing read that I enjoyed a lot and I cannot wait to read more from the author.
