Series: Cerberus MC Spin Off (Second Generation)
the Cerberus clubhouse and give dear old Dad a piece of my mind. What I didn’t
expect was being welcomed by the open arms of a father who had no idea I
was a breath of fresh air. She would soon become my reason for wanting to
become a better man, my reason for getting out of bed with a smile on my
normally sneering face. But no matter how much I changed, she’d always be too
good for a man like me.
Marie James has written a completely different MC read that was more about the relationship between two people and navigating the struggles they have to endure to be together then about an MC. Lawson is about the children from the main characters of the Cerberus MC series. I was drawn into the story as soon as I started this story and didn’t put the book down until I was finished. I found that some parts of the story was rushed and would of liked to read more of the relationship between Lawson and Jaxon.
Delilah was a strong female character that didn’t let people treat her the wrong way. I enjoyed the way that she made Lawson work for their relationship after the way he caused her so much heartache.
Lawson I instantly adored and fell in love with the dirty talking character. I really felt for him at the start of the story when he lost his mother. He went through a lot in his life and it was obvious how much he cared for his loved ones.
Lawson is about Lawson who recently lost his mother going to confront the father who he never knew.
I have not read the original Cerberus MC series and after reading this story, I definitely going to read the series. I cannot wait to find out what happens next in this series.
