Title: Hound: Cerberus 2.0 Book 2
Series: Cerberus: The Second Generation
Author: Marie James
Genre: MC/Contemporary Romance (Standalone)
Release Date: January 24, 2018
Blurb

My first job with the Cerberus MC was to grab a girl from a
seedy bar.  Easy money, right?
The moment I realized the blonde I was hunting wasn’t
around, I ended up captivated by a redhead dancing on the stage. With her
striking features and sinful body, I knew she was trouble, but that didn’t stop
me from making her mine that night.
When I learned that she WAS the job, everything became
clouded.
I was only looking for a one night stand, but when the dust
settled and she ran, my only desire was to chase her.
Should I risk my job, and quite possibly my life, in order
to have her? Would she even stay if I caught her?

Gemma’s Review

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hound was an incredible steamy read that I could not get enough off. This story I have desperately been waiting for since I finished reading the first book in the series Lawson and I wanted out find out more about Gigi. I really enjoyed the parts of the story that was focused on club’s business and things that the club got up too. I really enjoyed this MC series because it is different than any other MC story that I have previously read before making it that much more of an enjoyable read.

The moment I read about the character Gigi in Lawson I knew there was more to her character then what was being told about her. In Hound I found that she was completely different and that she put on a front for most people to think of her as someone who only wants a good time and only cares about themselves. It is obvious in this story how much of a caring character she is and in this story, I felt that she grew a lot as well.

Jameson also known in the club as Hound, was a sexy alpha male that instantly had me on the edge of my seat wanting to know what he was going to do about the attraction between himself and Gigi. I really enjoyed Hound and I loved the dynamic of his relationships with Izzy, Gigi and Kincaid.

Hound is the second book in the Cerberus MC 2.0 Second Generation series and is about the Cerberus MC’s president Kincaids daughter Gigi and the newest member of the MC Hound. When Hound is in charged with hunting down a blonde woman who is important club but when he meets a mysterious redhead that he spends the night with, he soon finds out that the woman he planned to spend a night with is also the woman who is part of his job. Can a one night stand turn out to be more and is Hound willing to risk his place in the MC?

Hound was a memorable read with the way the author wrote the story in a way where you can imagine every part of the story in your head like a movie playing. I really enjoyed the secondary characters in the story and the main characters. The chemistry between Hound and Gigi is off the charts and its obvious form their first meeting that they are meant to be together. There was a lot of steamy and hot moments in the story that I absolutely loved reading about. Marie James did an amazing job with the writing of this story and I cant wait to read more of this series.
