Series: Dealing With Love #3
disgusting. But I did break one of the cardinal rules of Bro Code, which is
equally appalling. You see, I fell in love with my best friend’s sister after
he explicitly forbid me to go near her. As if that weren’t bad enough, I went
ahead and married her while sh*tfaced in Vegas.
forget the whole thing ever happened, despite the fact that our wedding night
was the hottest thing I’ve ever experienced.
f*ck the consequences and give this marriage a real shot.
sure that Charlotte Harris is the one. And if that’s the case, nothing
is going to keep me away from her. Not even her brother.
shenanigans, and a sexy romance. It is the third installment in the Dealing
With Love series but each one can be read as a standalone.
Deal makers are the first book I have read from this author and I could not put it down. The story was very enjoyable with a lot of humour, steamy moments and heart throughout the story. I really loved Charlee and Drew together and found that they were really suited for each other. There was a lot of chemistry between them and made me really want them to get together.
Charlee was a strong confident female character that said it as she saw it. I really loved the way that she wasn’t afraid to be who she was. I really enjoyed Charlee and the friendships that she had with the secondary characters within the story.
Drew is the sexy firefighter that really tried to avoid Charlee afraid of breaking the bro code. But I loved the way that he was with Charlee and it was obvious that he had genuine feelings for her. I loved Drews relationship with his sister and nephew. It was so adorable when he interacted with his nephew and showed how much he loved him.
This was such an enjoyable read with a number of laugh out loud moments. this is a definite must-read for someone wanting to read an enjoyable romance read.
Jessica’s Review 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was my first read of 2019 and I have to say I loved it. The whole brothers best friend, married in Vegas thing was only the tip of all this story was. Drew and Charlee were so funny that my side hurt after reading some of the chapters. Add in awesome secondary characters ,(which I plan to read their books), steamy scenes that were off the chart hot and a great plot, this story was the trifecta. The back and forth between past and present was a little annoying at times but it really was necessary to get a well rounded story. We got to learn what happened in Vegas and still get the pace of the regular story. I can’t wait to go back and start this series from the start. 4 stars #2OCCJDLet me also add that I loved when the characters talked to the reader. It was fun and just drew me in that much more to the characters.
passion has always been storytelling. She spent most of her life with her nose
in a book thinking of alternate endings or continuations to the story. She won
her first writing contest at the ripe old age of nine, earning a trip to the
state capital to showcase her manuscript. Thankfully for her, those early works
will never see the light of day again!
in the Pacific Northwest with her wonderful husband, two beautiful children,
and three of the most poorly behaved cats in existence. She likes her fruit
smoothies filled with rum, her cupboards stocked with Cadbury’s chocolate, and
her music turned up loud. When she’s not writing or watching HGTV, she’s
reading anything she can get her hands on. She’s a sucker for spicy romances,
especially those involving vampires, bad boys, or cowboys!
