Marie’s 5 Star Review
Ransom, the alpha hottie that this books is about, doesn’t mess around with luring you into this book. From page one, he makes it clear that he’s got a story that you want to read. Ms. Laramie’s words are energizing, making you want to read to the end and then you want more.
Ransom and Stella are caught up in a fire storm of trouble with their complete attraction to each other and the people that surround them. New relationships are tough enough but keeping it secret from everyone adds another level of interest.
The hotness that this couple generate is off the charts. Add in some drama and a K-9 officer and it’s a story that will have you turning the pages.
This is the third book from this author that I have read and I will be going back for more. 5 Stars #2OCCMS
Jessica’s 4 Star Review
Awe! I really enjoyed this story. Just like all the other MTF books it is lighter on the drama and full of all the feels. Ransom (awesome flipping name) and Stella have been friends their whole lives but seeing their friendship turn into more was awesome. Getting to see some of my favorite characters from the earlier books just added so much more to the reading experience. I have a feeling that seeing the kids get their HEAs is going to be just as great as seeing the parents fall in love. I can’t wait for Nicks story! Gah, so excited for it.
I would have given it 5 stars but I felt that the dialogue was a little stiff. At times it really worked but then other times it just didn’t seem like I could feel all the emotions that were conveyed with them. Either way it was a great read. 4 stars #2OCCJD
